Our journey began in 2024 with a frustrating experience. When it comes to restaurant management, no feat can be completed without a team! Upon deciding to have custom hats created, we turned to a company we believed to be reputable for such products. With our design left at the mercy of the design company we hired, they essentially fell short, overcharging us for poor-quality products. It took months to get our order completed and the customer service we received was always a hit or a miss. After sharing our experience with others, we found out we weren’t alone and that many other individuals had similar complaints about this same company! Our response when seeking validation of our experience was disheartening: “They're the only ones around, so you have to put up with it.”

This just didn't sit right with us. One night, our family (Myself, John Thomas, my mother, Jeannie, and other family members) gathered around a campfire at our ranch and took the experience we had had and used it for inspiration to start anew. After several long conversations and multiple brainstorming sessions, we arrived at a bold decision: We were going to start our own embroidery shop. We wanted to do things differently. And that's the story of how Branded Maverick Co. was born! The name “Maverick” reflects our mission; to stand out from the herd. We aim to be the company that provides affordable pricing, exceptional quality products, a customer experience like no other, and all with fast turnaround times.

As we recently celebrated our one-year anniversary, we couldn’t be more grateful for the growth we’ve experienced in just this short amount of time. To use the word “incredible” is an understatement! With only one embroidery machine, a screen-printing machine, and a lot of hard work from myself and our family, we’ve now increased our machinery to include to include 10 embroidery machines, two screen-printing machines, a DTF (direct to film) printer, a laser printer, partnerships with multiple companies, and an expanded 1,000 square feet of space–and we're still growing! We now have three full-time staff members and two sales representatives traveling across the state, bringing our business and products directly to customers' doorsteps.

Today, we're proud to serve hundreds of businesses and individuals, delivering products that we can truly stand behind. It's been an amazing journey, and we're just getting started.
